Residential Buildings
Designed and supervised the construction of residential buildings from modest to complex-luxury units with roof and indoor swimming pools.
Business Complexes
Designed business buildings for various purposes and different clients: office buildings, apartment complexes, hotels and commercial retails and malls. - Ethiopia
Designed and revised structural design of health centers and hospitals in Addis Ababa and in different part of Ethiopia. In addition, partook in the supervision and construction of the projects.
Hospitals
Designed various manufacturing hubs: bio-fuel processing plant, edible oil extraction processing center, animal breeding farm, and designed various civil engineering structures and mast-towers.
Manufacturing Plants and Civil Structures
Prepared project proposal for the Indode logistic park, in Ethiopia and partook in the feasibility study of Ethio-Sudan rail line, evaluated and monitored the project execution of telecom infrastructures. Led and managed the construction of a 21 story building in Addis Ababa.
Project Management
Served in track engineer position for the construction of a 750 km standard gauge turnkey railway project from Addis Ababa to Djibouti with a capital cost of 3.50 billion dollar; including in the provision of connecting roads and station buildings.
